Dman Tugs are created and only intended for Human to Dog Tugging and Supervised Play.

Our Tugs are made out of high quality polar fleece but they are fabric so they will not stand up to the abuse of chewing & destruction.

We tested our Tugs widely before offering them to the Public so we are confident of their quality and strength.

We do make a number of different Tugs so we recommend you select the Tug that is best suited to your dog i.e. Light Tugging v Heavy Tugging.

Please be realistic in your expectations of a fabric dog toy.

Dman Tugs will refund or replace Tugs that have a quality fault, you will just need to send the Tug back to us.

Dman Tugs do not refund tugs that have reasonable wear and tear or tugs that have been clearly used in a manner that they were not designed for i.e. chewing.

We keep our postage costs realistic & low, we will never slug you for amount greater than what it actually costs!

A Tug package that weighs under 500 grams will cost $6.00 in postage and will be sent via parcel post and a Tug package that weighs over 500 grams but under 3kgs will cost $10.00 in postage and will be sent via parcel post.

Paypal unfortunately does not recognise the individual weights of products purchased, so if we find your package is lighter than expected and your package falls into the 500 gram area we will refund the difference if you have paid via Paypal.

We are based in NSW so please allow time for delivery to interstate locations, we have noticed that even Victorian deliveries can take up to a week via Australia Post Standard mail.

If you wish to purchase Express Post rather than Standard Post simply contact us and we'll amend your total.
