If you wish to Netbank your transaction please contact us to order via e-mail rather than through our online system.
Please note that our online system is also a stock management system so therefore transactions are in real time and we may have sold out of your chosen item if you wish to order via e-mail.
We keep our postage costs realistic & low, we will never slug you for amount greater than what it actually costs!
A Tug package that weighs under 500 grams will cost $6.00 in postage and will be sent via parcel post and a Tug package that weighs over 500 grams but under 3kgs will cost $10.00 in postage and will be sent via parcel post.
Paypal unfortunately does not recognise the individual weights of products purchased, so if we find your package is lighter than expected and your package falls into the 500 gram area we will refund the difference if you have paid via Paypal.
We are based in NSW so please allow time for delivery to interstate locations, we have noticed that even Victorian deliveries can take up to a week via Australia Post Standard mail.
If you wish to purchase Express Post rather than Standard Post simply contact us and we'll amend your total.
